What about packet egg whites? Found them today, though would try make meringue with sweetener & vanilla.
I made the muffins with just oat bran they came out ok, next batch need a bit more sweetener & vanilla but good all the same.
I've done my three days ok attack now, am having salad tomorrow I think. It's easier to stick too that imo

What about fish cooked in milk with a little onion, very lean bacon or ham, prawns, herbs, cornflour? I've not tried just a thought I had ?
Started on Saturday. Have tried all sorts of plans before, most recently WW, which worked well for me a few years ago but not this time around.

anybody else found they are peeing like its going out of fashion, I must have gone about 15times yesterday. Both nights have got up twice in the night (normal pre dukan just used to get up once).
I did eat alot of salt PD but I've also always been a high fluid drinker prob around 2-2.5 litres...
Thank you, I will try the Galette again this evening for pudding. I did put sweetner and vanilla in it before and then when cooked sprinkle of cinnoman, if it had come out alright it prob would be rather nice.

I'm gonna pop to supermarket in a mo and get stuff to make Muffins and Brekkie Biscuits as I've printed off the recipes. Hopefully today is just a blip at least when you can have veg you can make tomato based curries, bolognese, salads etc which just gives more variety.
I'm not sure about exercise, I went on a 10mile cycle ride yesterday - how I read it was that you should do at least 20minutes walking, minimum, but if you want too you can do more.
I am on day three of attack. I am at work and I bought mackeral and chicken to eat but I just cannot face anymore meat, anymore chewing meat or fish.
I've had a Muller Light and a Probitic Yoghurts...what else can I have?
