    My CDC told me to whisk the powder with cold water for 2 minutes till the White foam on top disappeared then add hot water slowly, still mixing. It worked and I wouldn't touch soups b4 as I can't stand lumps!

    Hello!

    Mrsfatbum, I did the same! I did lighter life for 3 months and lost 3 stone. I ordered my wedding dress the day I finished, exactly 6 months before my wedding day. I definitely need a focus to lose weight so that dress is firmly in my head!

    Excited!

    Nothing wrong with the current one, just feel it'll be better to be able up weigh at work as I have a baby so travelling is an issue. Also get on well with the new consultant so that is another reason.

    Today was my first day too! I had porridge of breakfast, leek and potato soup for lunch and a chocolate and strawberry shake for tea/snack. I have done LL aswell and ended up only liking the chocolate shakes so glad I like a few more already!
