    I'm on 30 points and finding that hard enough so very impressed with people who can manage on 29. I like the idea of weekendlies but sadly i don't have very many left by the weekend.

    I couldn't agree more! It's just what you need when you feel like you're the only one struggling with it. It's also been a lifesaver when i cant figure out the points for certain food. There are so many amazing and helpful people on it!

    Thanks, thats great advice. I have been great about getting to the gym and also doing a lot more walking and stair climbing so I'm hoping I might be ok. I'll stick with 29 instead of my 30 and with the exercise and hope for the best. Thanks a million!

    I lost a lot of weight a few years ago and in a rush for work one morning put on a pair of trouser i had only bought about a month before only to get to work for everyone to have a great laugh about all the extra material billowing around the rear end and i actually tripped over them a few times...

    I think easter was a tricky week. Most people in my class either stayed the same or gained a little bit so anything off seems to be great. I think if it hadnt been my first week i would have had a very hard time losing anything.

    I agree with pro points really making you eat better. Old points made it way way way to easy to eat rubbish till your point were gone and you'd still lose weight but not feel good. I never ate fruit because it had points. I remember having 18 after eights for dinner one night and i lost 5 pounds...

    Gains/losses after 1st week on Propoints. How have you done?

    My first weigh in is on tuesday so not sure yet. It seems to be a mixed bag as to whether pro points works as well as old points or not. I asked the leader and she seemed hesitant to say the weight loss was as fast but she said it is much more consistent. hmmm I guess I won't know till Tuesday! ;-)

    Fruit question again sorry!!!

    I'm new to it too but my leader said you had to be sensible about the fruit because of the sugar so some is 0 but for a lot you should probably point it a little bit.
