Hi ya, I've just seen your reply on my hello thread. I'm a lurker too, it's taken a lot of courage to start posting but i'm getting into it now.
Slimming world is a great diet, a few people i know have lost loads of weight on it. I just have trouble getting my head round it lol!

Hi all, just been to my first class. Weight was exactly what i though it would be so next week im hoping for a loss of 2-3lb. The zumba was amazing...I've never done it before!

I am starting officially tomorrow morning but have managed to lose a couple of pounds myself in the last week or so.
My problem is i hate the way i look but lack motivation and willpower. I would be very grateful of any hints and tips to keep me on the straight and narrow:)
