    Hey all, I'm back on the wagon lol! I had been going along nicely with WW and then work went crazy which put me off track. I just started back last week after just over 2 months. I had originally lost 12.5lbs and managed to keep 5.5 lbs off. Lost 2.5lbs this week so am back to 8lbs off in total.

    I'm the same as leigh although for me it was week 5. I was like a savage that week. I ended up staying the same, which I was happy about, because I went over my points! So weird. Things went back to normal the following week and I lost 2lbs and I'm into week 7 now and it's also normal!

    You don't take it away from the total. 10% is simply that of your total start weight. So (as you already got) 157/100*10 = 15.7 which is rounded to 16lbs For 5% of that it would be 157/100*5 = 7.85 which is rounded to 8lbs (or halved!)

    Just to say muscle doesn't weigh more than fat. 2lbs of fat is the same as 2lbs of muscle. However fat occupies more space than muscle as it's denser. So the above posters are right and you need to measure yourself too. Well done on your weight loss so far :-)

    Just be careful. It's not "free" it's "zero" points. You're only allowed 5 portions of fruit a day. So, a medium sized banana would be one portion, 8-10 grapes would be another, an apple, 2 mandarins, etc.

    Well double up the protein, carbs etc and it will round it up for you. So if it's borderline going over and having two slices makes it 5, that should show up when you double it up.
