    So day 11 and I'm feeling ok. I started back at the gym yesterday. Did 30 mins with some weights then had a half an hour swim. Thought I'd be ravenous after as swimming always makes me hungry but I was ok! Gotta tone up all my wobbly bits!!

I little more lethargic than usual and I didn't manage to drink all my water but I count it as a positive as I managed to resist my biggest temptation as the boyf had KFC as I nibbled my red berry bar.     I take aloe Vera colon cleanse tablets daily when doing ts as I know I won't go at all without it. Had a horrendous experience before of 11 days no movement which ended in a trip to the hospital. The tablets are gentle and don't cause cramps or effect the diet at all!!

    I've had a tiny splash of milk in my tea(4+ cups per day) from the very beginning and it hasn't affected me much. My CDC says if that's what helps me stick to the plan then fine as it is much better than all the high cal drinks I used to have! Just make sure it's skimmed :-)
