    Consolidation help

Having successfully completed conso and not regained any weight the biggest piece of advice I would give is 'trust Dr D!' when he says eat bread and cheese, eat bread and cheese! Does it matter.......?

You'll be fine drinking the green tea instead of loads of water, I would try and get a couple of glasses of water down during the day but at the moment while the weather is cold I drink more green tea than water. You'll probably find the water goes down easier when the weather warms up.

    Attack Quorn sausages

It's debatable whether they are allowed at all but I use them a lot. However I didn't use quorn at all in attack, I tried to keep to the purest kinds of protein then introduced them once I was in cruise

    New Kid On The Block

I can't find frozen rhubarb anywhere, my freezer was full as everyone I know with an allotment was giving it to me but my stores are running low now and none of the supermarkets have got any fresh in as the season has nearly finished

    Consolidation Target date = realistic??

sorry to jump in but what happens if you reach your true weight a couple of weeks early? Do you carry on doing cruise till you reach the specified date or go onto conso as soon as you reach your true weight? I only ask as if I continue to lose 3lbs a week as #I have done i will reach my true...

    Quorn confusion....

I eat it, if i didn't there wouldn't be much to eat as I'm a veggie. I've had consistent losses using it so until I stall I will continue. I did see that in chat on the official website it was given the ok but there is nothing in the book about it. I use the mince, plain fillets, pieces...

Cruise PP Dukan Bread in the microwave or breadmaker

Just to let you know that if you leave the egg yolk out and just use the white the bread turns out exactly the same. I tried it today as i like to have the bread every morning but didn't want to eat 7 yolks a week:eek:

    Cinema Eats

Well i've been to the cinema and resisted every temptation and just had water all the way through the film. I did buy some seafood sticks from M&S but they went straight in the bin as they were disgusting, they just tasted of sweetner! So a good result for me, just a shame the film was a load of...

    Cinema Eats

Does anyone have any ideas for snacks which I could take to the cinema? I've been putting off going anywhere since being on Dukan but with it being fathers day on Sunday we have decided to have a day out at the metrocentre and visit the cinema too. Sunday is supposed to be a pp day but I could...

    Attack length

I would stick to the 3 days of attack, I was also advised 3 days but did 5 as I thought I might lose a couple of extra pounds but it didn't work that way. I lost 3lbs on attack, 1lb a day for 3 days then nothing for the final 2 days of attack. I did however lose a further 3lb in that first week

Cruise PP Dukan Bread in the microwave or breadmaker

After 6 weeks of galettes I was looking for a new way of eating my oatbran and I have definately found it, this recipe is amazing, I'm going to let my friends know who are also doing Dukan. Thanks so much for this recipe:D

Can anybody tell me about about the dukan diet & im a vegeterian

You have mentioned that to me before Maintainer but I can't find any information on any 'extras' I'm allowed. To be honest though I probably eat as much fish as others eat meat and it seems to be working for me:)
  237. louschu

Can anybody tell me about about the dukan diet & im a vegeterian

I'd recommend you get the book before you start and have a good read, it helps to understand the reasoning behind the diet and how it works. On PP days I generally have: B 2 small galettes with quorn sausages L cottage cheese with tuna or crabsticks or an omelette D fish or quorn...

Can anybody tell me about about the dukan diet & im a vegeterian

I'm a vegetarian who eats fish and have been doing Dukan for 5 weeks and have lost 15lbs. It's a very strict diet but i have not really found it difficult to follow or had difficulty in finding things to eat. It says nothing about eating quorn products in the book but I have noticed that the...

    Progressively smaller jeans

I took great pleasure throwing my 'fat' clothes in the dustbin the other day. They had gotten so baggy, they looked ridiculous on me. I know I probably should have donated them to charity but it felt so good to actually bin them. No more size 14's for me, definately a 12 now and they are...

    Cruise PV Rhubarb question

    Attack Blocked up! Advice please.

I didn't go for 4 days on attack, it's not unusual so don't worry, when you start eating veggies again you will go. Try some rhubarb on your first pv day, that should work:o

Attack Dr onken fat free vanilla yogurt

I use the onken fat free natural yoghurt, add a few drops of vanilla flavouring and some splenda and you have a lovely vanilla yoghurt with no sugar

    Weight vs how you look

To me it's simple, it's not about the size of the clothes I wear or the number on the scales but it's about being a healthy weight and my BMI being under 25. I don't want to be in the obese or overweight category anymore, simples:D

Dukan vs all the rest ... peoples average weight loss?

I started Dukan 17 days ago having come straight from WW propoints. In 17 days I have lost 9lbs, I did WW for 6 months and lost 18lbs which doesn't even average out at a pound a week. I think the propoints diet has been specifically formulated for a slow loss so they can take your money for...

    Rhubarb everyday?

I've read on chat on the official website that we can eat 100g of rhubarb everyday as a tolerated food but I thought we weren't supposed to have any vegetables on a PP day:confused: I could really do with eating it everyday to keep my digestive system in order but don't want it to affect my...
