PP 4 Semi skimmed milk , 1 pp salad cream

We are going to Cyprus to get married aiming for Sept/ Oct 2013....
I am unable to book as new prices are not out yet, so waiting for them to come up which they aim for them to be out about April/ May..
Diet has been hit and miss this week.
Your so right hunni, im feeling great today, been out working today at the market, froze to death and didnt eat an cakes this week so very happy.

I went back to my old Thursday evening class last night, did tell the leader before going how i have fallen off the wagon.
So she was really good with me, stayed to the group and new member talk and seems my mojo has returned....

So i went back to my old class last night and now feel so motivated.

Great advise, that really has helped me, I am woundering do i go qith out the things i can stop at like WW choc treats and just stick to something else, like one alpen bar with my cuppa in the evening.
In all the years i have followed ww i have never felt as i am now :cry:
I totally agree with you there, i love both the plans.
Its strange how different leaders tell there member differently.
Its a bit like my leader telling me she doesnt suggest i follow SF. (Weird me thinks :rolleyes::rolleyes: )
I am wanting some help / advise. I am really struggling with ww at the moment, been advised by my leader now to follow ww sf.
But my problem is i am feel hungry and going over on my pp.

Really struggling at the moment, not so sure why i am, my hardest time is the evening once i get home from work.
If i have any points spare when i have had my dinner i eat ww treats then end up keep eating till the packet has gone, no will power. Any help of advise please xx
My leader told me to have about 5 portions a day of just fruit, she said its free but remember how many cals it has in it, which was a good point for me.

I Joined back on WW Beginning of Jan, Lost 4lb then the next 2 weeks STS and the 3rd put the 4lb back on.
Then a week ago swapped to Monday WI and last night i lost 2.5LB not much but its a start.
I am hoping a diary will really help me.
I understand how upset you must be , as i would be the same.
My leader did tell me in my first week not to follow SF due to not knowing portion control.
Are you going to class or following the plan from home?

I no WW have been adverting on the Website the new plan simply filling. I really am woundering why as iv had 3 leaders reciently that suggest this not to be followed i would really like to no why.

I have tried slimming world before and only stuck to it for a few days...
I have been trying ww and not very sucessful at the moment and the result is 2 stone over weight.
I am thinking new year new me.
I find it hard to get my head around writing it all down with ww and simply think sw would be...
Thank you for all your nice comments, it makes me want to give up and follow another plan. But i do enjoy WW,So why let her put me off, i find her very rude to be and never gives me any support.
I feel maybe time for a group change.

My partner got up for work and I done the wrong looking at my phone then I was away !!
