    They are much better hot I promise!! Saying that I don't mind any of them cold either. I have added drops of flavouring to them too, mint with the choc and strawberry to the strawberry but for sone reason the latest bumper of shakes pack are tasting much better on their own!

    Well it was sandwiches wraps and bagels and wedges for lunch so I told the I couldn't eat bread so they did me chicken satay skewers not much satay thankfully! With water so not too bad lol

    Hi I have added cinnamon to the banana shake and coffee to the vanilla and crushed sweetener to the strawberry makes a world of difference. Tesco also do strawberry water and apple with no citric acid which is very nice too

    I fly to Cyprus in 8 weeks so this is it 1 stone 4 to loose and I will be in a bikini and sexy summer dresses and will be the smallest my husband has ever seen me.     Have just finished week 1 and am 7lbs lighter. So here begins week 2 am going to add exercise in this week to help. Also going to try to keep off scales as the first 5 came off in 3 days then it's been a slow 2 other lbs but I know realistically I can't expect more than this

    Well pack has arrived the bars look lovely, just choosing which soup to have once I've out Rebecca to bed, I've had 3 litres of water and 2 cups of black coffee so far today.
