    I know the tesco one is low syns, but could someone work out what the morrisons one is? Per 100g 87g calories 11.7g Protein 1.4g Carbohydrates - 0.1g of which Sugars 3.8g Fat - 1.2g of which Saturates 0.5g Fibre It has 44% chicken so that would be free thanks

    on the side of the tub it says it ingredients are oat flakes (81%), sugar and dried skimmed milk. So if I were to have one of these for my breakfast and count it as my HEB I would only sin 2.5? How did you find out the 6 sins for the heb? Thanks, that has really helped me out.
