    If you aren't easily embarrassed like me make sure and ask of there has been any butter added to the veg. It's likely they will have as it keeps the veg tasty and moist when they have tons to serve

    Yeah but I bet if you weigh yourself week one in morning and evening and week 2 morning and evening the differences would be the same! I strangely weigh less at night than I do in the morning, weird eh xxx

    As long as you weight in at the same time every week it doesn't matter. Your body has a natural rhythm and it will follow it all the time so pick a time when suits you ad hop on scales xxx

    Just make sure and drain the liquid from the cottage cheese and they are firm. I dislike quiche and cottage cheese but love these

    Meant to say more there, tis really tasty. Eggs , cottage cheese,mixed herbs , salt and pepper. Mix all together Get cupcake tray line with smoked salmon and pour the mixture in, bake for about 10-15 mins very yummy A better recipe is on slimming world website just in case you want measurements...

    So I have 3 Christmas parties coming up, I know I will be using flexible syns those nights and cutting down on syns durning the week. I have a massive pot of Super Speed Soup, anyone else got handy hints so I can keep losing weight before Christmas??

    My mum found that dandelion tea really helped with the bloating etc, work wonders for water retention

    I have just started doing c25k and find that I need to double my water intake to reduce water retention, if your body gets too much water it release a hormone that makes you pee more :0) worked wonders for me and dandelion tea! (sp sorry) I avoid tea and coffee the day after a work out as well

    Walking to target...

    Fitflops are great. I love love walking, did the Edinburgh Moonwalk last year ( at 18 stone 5 lbs cant wait to do it at 10 stone) fitflops really helped ne walk correctly with much better posture. I wouldn't be without them.
