    Hiya I know the feeling, how are you finding the weekend, this is my first weekend since my restart and finding it tough! I tried the exante eggs and sausages yesterday the eggs were good, but no too keen on the sausage mix was a bit chemical tasting to me. Will be trying the chilli later on...

    Have you been having your full quota of shakes/bars/soups? I found I get light headed if I forget or miss out a shake. I have heard though this feeling passes while your body adjusts. Also is your job quite physical?

    Don't worry too much about the ketostix reading, as we're drinking so much water on this diet, it tends to dilute it. Try checking first thing in the morning that's when i get a strong reading :)

    Good luck whatever you decide, but remember that first week is tough! I thought how can I carry on doing this, but it does get so much easier once that first week is completed. And rather than looking at how far away the goal date is, just take each day as a goal achieved.

    It's 3 packs per day for all, even us guys. Can't compare to Cambridge, as I did Lipotrim previously, and I would say Shakes and the Bars are alot more tasty than the lipotrim version. However I don't like the Exante soups at all, just taste to powdery. But anyway good luck on your journey...

    Well I've been suffering with a chest infection this week and it got really bad as I also have asthma so the docs prescribed me anti-biotics and steroids :mad:. So to cut a long story short I will be off TFR while on medication but will be eating sensibly pretty much following the refeed...

    re offender in need of support and help.

    Just saw this thread, and I know food and alcohol was my biggest issues. This diet has really helped me tackle both of these problems, and hopefully I won't get into bad habits again.

    Be careful with not having all your shakes, as it may sound weird but it will slow you weight loss. This is likely through slowing your metabolism down to a standstill as you will be in starvation mode, and will put alot of strain on your liver and kidneys.

    Hi dolphin something i've noticed as i've looked into refeed. And i'm not sure about the salmon as i think it's quite and oily fish. I think might be best to stick with white fish like cod or haddock?

    Problem with that would be you will be hungry through out the diet. After a week maximum you don't feel hungry any longer, just get the odd cravings. If on Lipo it's defo best to stay 100%
