    Excellent!! my first weigh in after xmas showed i'd put 3lb on, but that was over the 2 weeks so i didnt feel too bad. weighed in this morning, after slipping up a few times over this week, and ........ I've lost 4.5 lbs!!! :D:D:D you're right , we can do this! love and light x

    well bank holiday and holiday went by, where i put one pound on over the two weigh ins.... not bad at all i thought. this monday i weighed in again, and i lost the pound! here's hoping its another loss come monday, i'm one away from my 50 pound!

    Thats what i always have when i go there! i never eat the tortilla chips but i don't know how many sins you save that way.... prob quite a few, but i just count it as 3 sins to be on safe side.. the rice has prob got some oil etc.
