    Gutted. I haven't run in a week now. Got an ankle injury and am resting it up until it stops hurting. Wish I knew what I had done to myself. I feel yucky for not going for my morning runs. Really must make more of an effort to go to the gym and use the weights while I'm healing!!

    Courgetti- what do you have with yours?

    I made chicken chow mien with courgetti last night (and had leftovers for lunch today) that was a big hit - definitely doing it again! If you've got a spiraliser I recommend branching out from courgettes (much as I love my courgetti).. sweet potato noodles baked in the oven make yummy nests...

    Struggling to have super free

    I eat my porridge with grated carrot or courgette in it. Adds bulk to the meal, not to mention some super-free goodness and you really can't tell its there.. might be worth a try, you might like it! I never have porridge without vegetables now :D
