    New to WW. Previously did SW

    I tried sw aswell lasted a week and just couldnt get into it went back to weight watchers lost over 3 stone and have kept it off this past two years! Back now to get down another 2 stone , I wish you all the luck in the world!

    Going it alone.

    I'm going it alone as well i have lost a bit already so i'm just going to keep doing what i'm doing my two things that have helped so much are tracking and drinking water there has always been a big difference for me the weeks i have tracked and the weeks i didn't!
