    Hi! I've decided to start on atkins tomorrow. I've done Dukan before (couple years ago) and got to target weight however I didn't maintain. I've read about atkins and think its worth trying. I weighed in this morning at 11 12 (gutted!!) and want to get to 10 10 Here goes :-)

    Crunchy chicken is lovely! Mix herbs, pepper and oatbran together, dip chicken in skimmed milk and roll in the herb/bran mixture, oven cook. One of the more experienced members on here gave me that recipe and it's been a savior to me

    Quick update on this. I made it tonight by cutting the chicken breasts into cubes and cooking in the oven with the passata for 25 mins, I added an onion quite roughly chopped and some garlic powder, pepper and oregano. A little bit more passata and back in the oven till cooked. Absolutely yum!
