    Hey ladies hope ur all well. Just thought I'd update u on my progress. I'm on day 17 of my diet I've combine shakes and fasting and iv lost 9lbs and 5 kgs. Gone down to 12.7 and 78kg. can't believe it. I'm hoping another week or 2 before I can go to 11s.

    I'm fasting today. Checked weight this morning and have stayed the same so thought this might help. Not eating the whole day then will have a shake at 9.30pm and green tea. Maybe bean burger without the bun if I'm starving.
