    Eating when I'm tired

    I do that too, try to drink a few cups of water before eating. Water seems to wake me up big time, so hope it helps.

    I love piercings! I have both my nipples pierced, clitoral hood (VCH), septum- retired now :( and 4 ear piercings. Would love to have more genital piercings ladies they are great ;). A bit scared of getting a tattoo though.

    Joined the gym yesterday and my first day was great. I went on the treadmill, cross trainer and biker - the sweat was pouring off. Did some weights at home :)

    Good ways to lose double chin

    Facial exercises improve and strengthen muscle tone. Celebrities like George Clooney and Victoria Beckham do them. I havent tried them, so I dont know if they work. But I guess they are worth a shot. Try searching facial exercises in google. Good luck and let me know how you get on :)

    Any weight loss is great. It's hard when you see only a little weight loss, but be happy your losing. A little slip up here and there happens, just forget it and start a fresh. Adjust your goal and good luck :)

    Help!

    Ive been exercising 30 mins per day and eating very healthy (calorie counting) yet I have not lost anymore weight. Started my diet May 2011, have lost 13lbs so far, but its at a stand still now. I dont understand what im doing wrong. Anyone else experienced this?
