It might be worth speaking to the pharmacist? He/she may be able to recommend a supplement (eg fish oil?) that might help? Fybogel might help too. I agree with the poster earlier about regular laxative taking, I had to take them for a long time after I had my youngest son as I needed surgery...

I had exactly the same prob with Asda delivery, meat that was out of date the next day or day after and fresh stuff that wasn't as fresh as I would have liked. I use Tesco now. Shame as Asda do have good offers. x

Hi, They are 4 1/2 syns each on all plans, the milk choc chip ones are the same. They don't count as a Hex, sorry. A weetabix oaty bar does though (they do white choc, milk choc and toffee ones). So does a Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar which come in milk or dark choc. Hope this helps :) x

Yep fun size milky bars and fun size packs of magic stars (mmmmm) are 3.5. A full size chomp is only 5 1/2, less than two go ahead slices and much yummier :D x

Hi, Just looked it up, is it: 'Sainsbury's Spicy Tomato Coriander & Lime Sauce, chilled, 150g pouch' ? If so it is 4 syns for the pouch on all plans. Hope this helps x

Don't think any granules are, but most stock cubes are. Gravy made from granules, with no fat added (ie just the granules and water), is 1 syn for 4 level tbsp on all plans. If you make them with the meat juices rather than just water it's 3 syns per 4 level tbsp. Hope this helps x

Asda 'Chosen By You' or Smartprice Macaroni Cheese 410g tin is 5 1/2 syns on Green or EE, or 17 1/2 on Red, for the whole tin. So, half of that I suppose :) HTH x
