I've only 4lbs to lose till my goal. I can't believe I've gotten this far so quickly. Gave myself till end of August to lose it all.
BUT. I am away on hol next week and although I won't be going mad I know I won't stick to it fully. Hoping I won't put on to much.
All I suffered with was constipation, but my friend had headaches stomach ache & was terribly bloated. My daughter was on dukan for a week and got headaches so she stopped...... People suffer in different ways. But stick with it Cos it does get better.
Think I'll be going in Aldi tomorrow then as my rhubarb plant has taken a bashing from me these past months and now it seems to be on a go slow with new shoots.
Pos. yes it is normal to blocked up for a while. But if your feeling uncomfortable take some senna, I did, you might have to take it for two days in row like myself or wait till your on PV days and eat plenty of rhubarb.
I've been checking out some sugar free sweets and they are full of carbs. Some even up to 80% carbs. So how is that allowed just cos they are sugar free..... Makes absolutely no sense to me.

Yes I believed that rosemary Conley did do one about 5%, as I'm sure I've used it before but it wasn't in my local Asda. I might have to pop to Milton Keynes as the have a massive Asda. I'm sure it will be there... Prob get all way over to find its more than 7% :-(
It will get thicker and you will get more each year. Rhubarb can bit a bit temperamental, all I do to mine is pull stalks off when needed and cut it back in winter and each year I have plentiful. . Rhubarb likes to be left In peace so leave it somewhere where it can stay and bloom.
