    Wheat bran is in the book as a tolerated item. You can have 1 tbsp in addition to oat bran. Most use it to make DD bread or muffins and to help with transit issues. It's not allowed during attack.

    How much skimmed milk are you adding to your cups of coffee? It is limited. Mullet lights are a tolerated item, so I would say drop those. 12% fat mince is too high in my opinion, even when fat is taken out. Could you up your excerise? X

    Quick question about dairy and oatbran quantities!

    My understanding was that 1 tablespoon is = to 15g Not sure about dairy! Our yoghurts here in Denmark, come in the tall cartons, a bit like a milk or juice carton in the UK and they weigh 1kg - hope that gives you an idea!!! 1kg of yoghurt is a lot!!! :)

    Hello - the book states that exercise (30 min for cruise) is mandatory. It's a really good idea to stick with it and make it part of your daily routine like brushing your teeth! ;) doing so helps encourage good habits - for life!!! That way the weight stays off....for good....yeay! :)
