I started on Thursday!! It's hard, but I'm determined to stick to it this time! I was on it for a month a couple of years ago, but couldn't stick to it at all, I wasjust gagging all the time!! Glad they have more flavoured shakes now! How long have you been on it?! x

I've ordered both pancake flavours, and a hot cross bun bar just to try them out. Standard delivery is £1.49 I think!! Excited to try them!! Not ordering the eggs though, a lot of people seem to hate them!

I'm not a vegetarian, but I love Quorn chicken and Quorn burgers. I tried the mince a few weeks ago and found it to be a bit 'mushy'! I didn't find it tasted anything like the real mince!

Fell off the wagon about a week after my last post. Put on about 11lbs. The soups, especially the tomato & basil, were making me gag, literally. The shakes were worse. Decided to try the soups again as I did actually like the mushroom and vegetable ones. I'm back and armed with hot chilli powder...

Didn't do very well yesterday regarding water, only had about a litre. :( Also, looked in my handbag this morning and realised I still had my bar from yesterday. So I only had a shake and a soup yesterday. Ugh. Feeling very forgetful. Back on track today!

Ah yeah, I know what you mean! Whenever I tell people I'm only having shakes, soups and bars, they're like "oh be careful" and "that's dangerous". Uh, no it's not! Grr, annoying!

You're right, DustQueen! They just sent this back: The Bars can sometimes contain small lumps of vitamin mix (normally distributed throughout the bar) this can be tasted occasionally in some of the bars. Glad I know what it was though!
