    I didn't before as I was on about 1500 cals a day at my heaviest (17stone) now I only have 1and half stone left I've reduced my cals to 1200 but eat up to 300 cals more depending on my exercise.     That happened to me! I had an all inclusive holiday in august (I'd lost 4st for my hols!) them got back shifted what if put on but just stayed round the 4st loss mark. Really want another 2st off so joined ww and it's going great! I've got a diary "4st down...2st to go" !!!! X

    It's basically a plastic thing with three wells, I got mine in adds but seen them in the pound shop. You put an egg in a well and microwave for 1min ish. Very quick easy and clean!
