    Extra Easy Newbie.. Healthy A/B?

As Pootle explained, they are quite essential to the plan to make sure you are getting enough calcium and protein. I like to save mine and have them as a snack like Ryvita (I like the fruit crisp ones, 2 for your healthy extra B) with low fat cheese spread. Or cheese on toast. If I use them...

    Newbie problems

I don't know about not losing weight if eating same things. Although slimming world doesn't count calories, you can only lose weight be eating less calories than your body burns, so eating the same things would not change the amount of calories you were having. I guess you could get bored...

Sawyer - To Pregnancy and Beyond!

Just wanted to say best of luck with your weight loss and best of luck with trying to conceive. I've personally never had a problem conceiving but I know how heartbreaking it can be. My sister was unable to conceive, however she is now a mummy after I was a surrogate for her. I gave birth to...

Well yesterday I barely managed to stay on plan! I had been perfect all day, having baked oats for breakfast and veggie frittata and beans for lunch and only fruit as snacks. Just a quick note, you mentioned you don't have a sweet tooth. Syns can be used on anything, so you could always check out the syns in some breads that you like or syn some homemade bread and have that as your daily treat. Syns should be for any little extras and don't have to be typical sweet...

I boil mine for around 10 mins, put them on a tray (I do put baking parchment paper under them mostly because it is easier to clean the tray after and I am lazy lol) and spray with frylight and seasoning. Desperate to succeed with 6 stone weight loss but worried about excess skin.

If I am having a jacket for work I take a McCain frozen one as I find them better than re-heating a home cooked one. I think they are 1 syn because they have a little bit of oil on the skin but that's not bad. I will also have quiche and salad. Made with eggs, low fat cottage cheese and then...

Need a bit of reassurance on exercise

Sometimes exercise can greatly increase our hunger. Although it burns calories, if it increases your appetite more than the calories it burns, then you are going to not lose as much weight or even gain some. You can't gain muscle when you are in a calorie deficit as you need a calorie surplus...

    Set times and planning meals??

I'm never hungry on a morning and always find myself snacking at night. So I have my first shake about 11:30, my second about 3pm and save my bar for around 8pm which is when I would normally be reaching for snacks so having that bar each night when the kids are in bed keeps me on track!
