hiya, i also doing it from home...do you have a smartphone? there are some great apps that you can buy for her£1-2.50 where you can scan foods and it will tell you the points etc. you can also enter what foods you have had in the diary..
i have also purchased a book from ebay to help me.

Hi, i was just wondering if anybody had come across any cheaper alternatives to WW branded foods but for the same points..
for example i found that Tesco everyday value wraps are 3 points as are the ww wraps but are cheaper at 89p. I know its not a lot but as i am on mat leave it all helps ...
Starting the SF plan today and just had a few questions...
am i right in thinking that ww foods that are "free" on sf have a green pro points box around them?
also, i read somewhere that ww pitta, petit pan and wraps are "free" on sf is that right?
im new to Ww and some ppl have mentioned that it if you have one of something its 0pp but two then it has pp.... have i got confused or is that true and if so what sorts of food? thanks

Some of the tinned stews/ casseroles are free or low syns (depending on your plan) they would be easy and you could always take some veg to bulk them out a bit.
Also what about gammon steaks, you could grill them and have them with new pots and salad or veg could even have a 'fried' egg on top

I found out on here, somebody had kindly posted a list of wraps and the syns for each.... The one for 4.5 syns is asdas wholewheat wraps, 8 in a pkt. (37g I think!!!) they are not massive but ideal for a treat.
I know ww wraps are only 5 though!

Hey wondering if anybody could give me some advice.... I work 12.5 hour shifts, get a 15 min breakfast break in the morning (sometimes, but not that often) and a lunch break around 1-2pm..... I start @7:30am and finish at 8pm.
I try to have breakfast on my first break but quite often I don't...
