    Watch out that you're not eating too much fibre (insane sounding I know) but it can also slow things down! Plenty of water helps and possibly resort to the dulcolax if no joy? Good luck! :D (also 'poo thread' hahaha)

    Carry syns over?

    I never usually eat any syns during the week as I'm content with free food, I then have a few pints on a weekend with no problem. It may be frowned upon sometimes but I've lost a 15.5lbs in my 6 weeks of slimming so I think it's perfectly fine!

    Hey! Don't beat yourself up about it, you'll be back to 11 soon enough! I put 1lb on this week due to getting too cocky with my dieting and having some pizza and wine! Oh well back to being good for both of us :D

    Hey! It went ok, I lost 3lb over 2 weeks but I was on holiday. That puts me at over half a stone lost, only 6 more lb to 11 stone! :D well done to both of us! Xx
