    The Onken fat free yogurts are not free and are quite high in SYNS. The strawberry one for example is 5.5 SYNS for a 450g pot and I think it's due to the fact they contain sugar instead of sweeteners. I know they used to be free. Hope that helps.

    Personally, I rather use 'real' oil. Like others have said, frylite ruins decent pans and quite honestly, in my opinion, it's 'fake food' which I prefer not to have. Oil is good for us, and I tweak my he b for coconut oil instead of extra virgin olive oil!

    very disappointed w.i today

    I have re started SW over and over and everytime my first weeks losses have ranged from 0 to 7lbs! It depends on a whole load of things but never be disappointed in a 1.5lb loss. It's not about big losses, it's about sustainability and getting where you wan to be.
