    Drinking

    Great post! My pharmacy has said soda water is a no no also, as its not the same as sparkling water. Soda water and an additive in it that sparkling water doesnt and therefore should be avoided in possible. I had previously thought they were the same.

    If you have a wii, try 'just dance' or 'zumba' - i simply love it! It doesnt feel like exercise, just feels like your having a wee bop in your sitting room.

I too love to take a long leisurely bath when my family are eating, with any luck they'll have even washed up by the time i get out :-) Ive treated myself to lots of lotions and body creams from Avon this week so thats been my reward formy...

    Day 1 of Lipotrim & starving

    Your doing it! Keep it up! Just think, you will never be this weight again - we'll be seeing less of ye :-) It will get easier once your in keytosis (day 3-5) and the hunger pangs wont be so prominent, until then, like rebeccah said, i too found early night helped.

    keep busy and reward yourself with treats (non food items like radox smoothie body scrub or a new lippy). Evenings are worst for me too. Long baths and early nights help time pass and like the girls said it will get easier once your in keytosis, so do hang on in there x

    It's a good feeling, being in control (of your weight), its empowering, even if it feels like everything else is falling round your ears. Can you take anything for your cold without it affecting your keytosis/weightloss? Hope you shake it off x

    Oh i havent been offered any flapjacks, coconut or peanuts, i dont feel like im missing out though after reading your thoughts about them. Etchawebb, if you dont eat it, its like youve skipped a meal and your body wont have got all the nutrients it needs for that day, so that cant be good...

    New to the forum and fairly new to lipotrim!

    I agree,TOFM is not a good week for a weightloss. Ive seen me only loose 1lb sometimes at that time, which can be so disheartening, but hang in there Dominque, cause in my experience its usually followed by a good loss the following week :-)

    2011 new members

    I used xenical a few years ago but it didnt work out for me - the tablets work, dont get me wrong,it was me - i dont think i was really in the zone at the time. Good luck with it though and you might want to avoid pringles, i seem to remember diasterous affects when i ate a box on xenical lol...
