    Yep, this time I am doing it the right way and going to maintain when I get there - its always been the hardest part for me. Once I get into weight loss/exercise I find it easy and enjoyable. Its the slowing down/maintaining I find hard.

    I always drink at least 2 litres of water a day whether I'm dieting or not. Some days this can be anything up to 5. I started to worry a little a while back as I saw drinking excessive amounts of water can do damage - but this was excessive in a short amount of time, so I'm not so bothered anymore.
