If I really am 100% how much can I loose in 9 weeks?

Surely your clothes must be feeling looser? I kept being on the diet a secret for a long time and most of my friends didn't mention my weight loss for ages in case the offended me (1st time round - not on the current rubbish attempt)! 20lbs in 3 weeks is fantastic. Keep it up girls :D:D:D.

    Having Chicken Salad on SS?

What about having your normal shakes, ordering and paying for your salad, then just eat the chicken and re-arrange the rest under your knife and fork so no-one knows you have left any! I know it's no fun, but if you are feeling quite full it will be easier.

Will i still lose even tho its time of the month?

It won't ruin you, but if you do retain a bit of water then it could mean less of a weight loss. However, next week the weight loss will be even greater, 'cos you'll have your usual loss plus you should lose the water too. No wonder men do better than we do !!!!
