    thinking about buying 30 day shred..

    I don't do it every day, but it is the only DVD I use as I know it is really hard work and it has greatly improved my fitness. I go regularly to classes in the gym and it is harder than any I do. Would def recommend.

    I do think there are good calories and bad calories. eg biscuits. If you are following cc the majority of your food should be healthy or if you are like me you yo-yo

    I track my protein, fat, carbs etc on fitday.com. According to Jillian Michael's book I am a high oxidiser so my calories should be mostly from fat and protein

    30 day Shred

    I do some of the exercises with lighter weights as my arms just can't do the raises to certain exercises. I swap between 1kg and 3 kg weights No reason for that apart fromhaven't got 2kg

    GYM V SLIMMING WORLD

    I've recently joined the works gym and am really enjoying going. I love doing the classes. Are you following a programme? I find when I exercise I sleep better and generally feel better. Worth doing for that alone.

    45 minutes weights 20 minutes x trainer, 15 minutes run, 5 mins rope pulling!!!! Do feel like my body shape is changing, still a long way to go. Going to continue to watch Biggst Loser as I do find it inspirational. Eating approx 1500 calories a day, though no bread, pasta. rice etc.

    30 day Shred is great if you have kids and are short of free time. I sometimes do it twice. I did Level 3 for the first time the other day and am proud of myself. I found after doing a week of Level 1 is was easier (though not easy) Good luck

    Zumba dvd set

    I ordered it and sold the toning sticks on Ebay for £17.99. I just use my light weights instead. The first time I used the dvd I didn't like it but I am slowly getting used to it. Can't beat going to the classes but I am enjoying it.

    i gave in to temptation :(

    Good luck. I am terrified of eating biscuits etc again as I know when I do I can't stop. Sure if you get right back on track you will have burned it all off by going to the gym etc.
