I'm in! Got six weeks until my holiday and fourteen weeks before I have to be in a bridesmaid dress, so am going to do my best to be 100% committed! I've never managed to stick to anything before, but I'm really determined this time!

I was kinda thinking an 18 was probably the most realistic, although in my ideal world it would be a 16! Yes, I suppose I could get it adjusted, but it would be good not to have the extra expense!

Hi Everyone. Thought I'd introduce myself. I started TS a couple of weeks ago and so far its going really well - I lost just over a stone in week 1 which was amazing :). However, what I really want to do is be able to notice the change, but nothing seems different. I would have thought that...
