    Hi Carly. Doing a great job. Stick at it. I'm seeing from your menu you like cereal bars etc.. I'd like to recommend Nakd bars. A personal trainer told me about these and they come in at 3pp. The wild berries ones are nicest. Made only from fruit and nuts no added ingredients. check them out :)...

    Do you think propoints are set too high?

    I think if you weigh and point everything you eat and stick to the points you WILL loose the lb's. I hardly ever use my weeklies. And if i do I don't expect to see too much loss on my weigh in day(Monday) I've just started taking MM Pro Max Diet (5pp) shakes in the morning instead of porridge...

    Would like to join this thread also. Mondays are my usual weigh in. I have been doing sneeky peeks during the week also and seeing dramatic differences. I was 12st and half a pound on Monday and weighed myself this morning at 11st11lb. Going away for the weekend but hope to be good and weigh...
