    Chilli, tomato and prawn linguine

Ooh i'm definitely going to try this!! Thank you :D I was just watching Gino on this morning making crab linguine and was wondering if there was a SW recipe, as i LOVE anything a little bit spicy, so this is ideal! I'll be making it without the meat, but sure it'll still be yummy!

    Wetherspoons

Thats actually not completely untrue - In the one i worked in, one of the chefs used to dunk them in the fryer to 'seal' them, then they're finished off using the flamegrill thing, where they are sprayed with oil to help them cook quicker. Wetherspoons

I'm not sure about the injection with oil thing, but they are delivered aready cooked and re-heated in a mealstream (a microwave/oven combo)...they do look greasy so it wouldn't surprise me, to be honest. :sigh:

    Wetherspoons

At my old spoons, they didn't put butter on the potatoes, they're meant to give out a sachet with the meal, but most of the staff are rubbish and don't bother  (good for us though, ay!)

    Wetherspoons Breakfast.

Hey - i used to work in a Wetherspoons, they do wholegrain bread so sounds like a good option! (it is quite thickly sliced though so be aware!) I agree to sta away from pretty much anything else brekkie wise - the sausages are cooked in the deep fat fryer, as are the hash browns. Bacon is on...
