    Hi tilly07, your food diary looks really good, just thought I would share what my consultant has told us to try and avoid bananas as they aren't very good for weight loss. One of the ladies at group cut out her bananas and this boosted her weight loss :) Hope this helps. Good luck xx

    Hi, I'm new to this forum. I had my 2nd WI in last night and lost 2lbs but that was over 2 weeks as I had to miss a week. But a loss is a loss right :)
