    I was in desperate need for some fibre for obvious reasons. Bought some Tony ferguson powder from boots to add to my shakes. It's helping but weight loss seems less :-( does anyone else use this? Should I stop? Any other suggestions? Not keen on suppositories. Thank you

    Hi all Just wondered if we are actually allowed to eat fruit? My pharmacist mentioned this when I joined. Eating grapes berries or watermelon - basically water based fruit. If yes, how much and how often? Thanks

    Thank you. I took it yesterday at lunch time. I am having more h20 and exercising more. I prob go twice a week. But its incredibly painful. Thanks for the response x

    Struggling

    This is my 3rd week and i am really struggling. Lost 6.2 kg in two weeks. Next weigh in on tues. Got on scales this am no change :-( I am incredibly hungry. All I want is KFC. I am dying here. Hope I make it through to my next weigh in and I at least weigh slightly less then! Not happy!!!
