    Actually they're just as bad as crisps. Your meant to syn the lasagne sheets at their highest syn value as if you was eating them on a red day! Just checked and it seems to vary at 1.5-3.5syns per sheet of lasagne!!!

    Sainsburys do... be good to yourself extra lean Cumberland sausages which are only half a syn each and they are really really nice. Have you tried those? They are definitely proper sausages!!

    Pulled pork recipe.... Lost

    Made this today using babymama's recipe. It came out really well. Didn't bother with the foil........ just chucked everything in a casserole dish with a lid on. Have tasted some and its delish. Think next time I will try with the smoked paprika as well as suggested!!!

    I probably wouldn't do this. It's not all superFREE it's superSPEED which means you wouldn't probably get enough super free with each meal!! Anyway it's actually quite filling- don't think you would be able to eat meals after too. :-)

    The only thing i can think to suggest is the Flora cuisine (found in the fridge aisle). its 4.5syns a tablespoon but slightly lower than regular oil which is 6syns a tablespoon. other than this theres only the spray oils. i think you can get fillipo berio (sorry about spelling) oils in spray...

    The tefal one is called an actifryer but there is also a Phillips one which is the airfryer. They both do the same thing I think. The chips will depend on which brand your using.
