    Hey I would only use it once a day as you think it's not made a difference then "bam" there it is! Try using a tanning mitt too or you will get horrible manky orange hands! Which brand do you use, I use the palmers coca butter with gradual tan just hate that fake tan smell!!

    I really don't think it's the fruit at all. Fruit gets me through the day and whilst I was loosing I sometimes had 3 small apples chopped, grapes and maybe an orange in a day and I never had any probs!

    I leave the skin on, they remain firmer. I just chop into this chips, spray with fry light and sprinkle with paprika, Cajun, garlic salt or whatever really and bake for 20 mins on 200 in the oven. Love them!

    A little lunch idea that was so yummy and taste so naughty- I just had 2 sainsburys be good to yourself croissants warmed in microwave 4pp each with a bit of nutella inside! Really worth the points and lovely for the winter!!

    I bought a variety bag of mini biscuits! 3 packs of each, Maryland cookies, mini fingers, mini jammie dodgers and mini choc animal biscuits! So yummy and 3 pp each and u don't get bored as u have some of each!

    Extra ProPoints Oat so Simple Indulgence

    I have tried the choc brownie one and the White choc and raspberry, brownie is very yummy indeed but I wouldn't bother with the White choc rasp as I can tell no difference to the normal oat so simple rasp and it's an extra point than that so not really worth it in my opinion!
