    I am just about on the mend! Can't ever remember being so ill! The mother reckons its down to losing so much weight and doing the Dukan. I take multivitamins aswell so my immune system should be ok. Is anyone else suffering with illnesses whilst doing this diet? xx

    The recommended daily intake of water is about 3.5 litres, it is also best to take this amount steadily thought out the day and not consume in vast amounts at one time. Drinking large volumes of water and not taking in any salts can cause low potassium levels so best not over do it:)
