Yes you can ;) I did none at all when I lost my first 2.5 stone! And I'm sure you'll find that when you start loosing weight you will become more mobile xxxx good luck ;)

Sunday Roast, 1/2 syn roulade, leek and potato soup & pork and leek kebabs! My feet are aching bad now but at least I got in some body magic ;)

You can snack on these foods but it's not really worth it as you are supposed to have 1/3 superfree with every plate of food! So you would b better off just snacking on superfree ;)
