Yeah I do take them the doctor prescribed me some but they make me a lot worse well I will just give it a go and see what happens thanks anyway x

Has anyone ever tried this I am anaemic so I need a lot of iron as suffer quite badly from it, as there is iron in there thought may help 2 plus I have a big sweet tooth so it's better than savoury meals for me.
