I just started back on sw yesterday and tonight i will b having dinner alone because my fiance takes our son to football im working all day so does anyone have any quick and simple meal ideas for one syn free or low syn ? I will b having salad for lunch so dont want another one for dinner.

Im heading to tesco just now to stock up for my first week back on slimming world and i cant remember if any of the kraft light salad dressings are free or if any at all are ?

I dont have groups that suit nearby plus with wedding coming up cash flow aint great. Im going to tesco right now to but my first weeks supplies cos i think being organised is half the battle :)

Heeeelllppp !!! Im getting married in just over 8 weeks and im now tipping the scales at my heaviest ever at just under 18 stone i had lost 2 and a half stone on slimming world before xmas but have put this all back on plus an extra half stone !!!! I really need some motivation to get back into...
