    Upping the exercise can cause water retention so if you maintain/gain that will be the only reason for it, and it will disperse eventually and give you a massive loss.(Been there done that).Your Food has been AMAZING this week so fingers crossed for you :D

    How long does your class last?

    Then I'd be getting onto SW head office and let them know which group you attend and they will get a team leader out or something as that's not how class should be done. Image Therapy is hugely important to SW and they will want to know if its not being done right :)

    Vodka and gin are 4 syns each mixed with diet coke or a diet drink. You should aim for at least 5syns a day to help you lose weight :) if you're struggling to eat them as you are full from the meals try and incorporate them into the meal eg a bit of oil or butter in cool,img or some extra cheese...

    A stone a month is easily do able on slimming world if you're focused. I know I'd much rather eat real food and learn to eat healthily than have Cambridge shakes and soups and be really limited in what foods are and arent allowed.(I tried them in the past) :)

    Sounds like you're doing fine, it's a third super free at every meal if you can but that's tricky sometimes like for breakfast, so try and have fruit after if you have say porridge or bacon, egg, beans or something you can't add super free to in the morning. Does that make sense? And its a brill...

    I think on CD your not reccommended to do any extreme exercise for the first few weeks while your body gets use to being on a VLCD. Im sure there are people who do still do it though so would be a choice you would have to make for yourself hun :)
