    Hi all, I did this diet a few years ago starting at 11 st 6 and lose 15lb in 3 weeks. Heavier now :( How much have you all lost in weeks 1/2/3/4 also if you don't mind sharing what you started at / how much you wanted to lose. You are all doing so amazingly well I love reading the posts
