    The journey so far....

19st 1lb in my first picture, 14st 1lb in the second, 13st 5lb in the last one. This is a journey that has taken since 2011! and after a lengthy blip I'm currently 15st 7lbs but on the downward trend again. Never give up!!

    Here I am again!

Not a newbie as such, I first did SW in 2011, but after a 'break' (during which I have unashamedly cheated....:D ) I'm continuing my weight loss journey because my knees demand it from me. Start weight back in early 2011 was 19st1lb. I did Slimming World and lost exactly 5st to get down to...

WW Defector - Giving SW a go

Thank Maria, I am really pleased. I truly believe SW, in comparison with weight watchers, gives you a much better education in healthy eating and the skills to keep the weight off for life. I eat out always once and often twice a week as well, and I find SW much better for managing that :)

WW Defector - Giving SW a go

welcome to Mini's Maria :wavey: I'm an ex weight watcher too (I did it 3 times!) SW works so much better for me, on WW I was hungry all the time, and all the counting does my head in :) On balance I lost precisely nothing with WW (because each time I only lost about 20lbs and then put it all...

    My EE food diary

    DOING SW FROM HOME???

I find EESP gives my weight loss a boost, but I do feel hungrier and I do miss my carbs so I never do more than a couple of days. I eat lots of fruit, salad and veggies on SP days. So for example a big speed Fruit Salad for breakfast, big Salad with wafer thin ham for lunch, roasted veggies...

I agree with Opal Lily. I don't run any more due to a badly damaged knee in a car accident (partly why I found myself needed Slimming World lol!) so now I do a 35 minute intense workout on a mini trampoline 4 or 5 times a week. I have never felt lacking in energy! In fact quite the opposite...
