    Hi, day 11 for me too and really struggled today. I find the weekends hard when I'm at home. Just had vanilla shake made up with warm coffee for a change. Was really nice. So glad I didn't cave in. Hope you didn't either.

    I don't mind any of them. I find the soup a nightmare to mix and think that tastes a bit cardboardy!

    week 1 complete

    My first weigh-in is tomorrow. I have stuck to it 100%. I'm drinking at least 2 litres of water but feel thisty all the time.

    I'm new too! Day 3 today. Found tday a bit harder as I wasn't at work. Too much junk in the house with a toddler around. Have managed though.
