    I think it's pathetic!! I dont care what the size says on the label as long as its correct!! I HATE clothes shopping as sometimes even a size 18 doesnt fit when in other shops i'm a 16!

    Body Magic Online

    Is there any explanation of Body Magic online? Is there a FIT log on the SW website? Not sure if I'm just being blind but the pages on the SW website are pretty vague!

    What if I have less than 5 syns a day?

    I find when I dont have enough syns regularly when I'm "off" SW (holiday, weekend away etc) the weight comes back on VERY quickly. I try to eat at least 85 per week, averaging at 12 per day, somedays I dont have any syns as I dont need it but others low fat variants just dont cut it!

    Gain at start on slimming world???

    I had a small loss at the start of my journey and my consultant put it down to not eating enough, especially super free foods. I am trying to work on it but i find that I am struggling to eat it all!

    My friend has PCOS and cannot do SW cos she gains weight, she can only follow a low GI diet, apparently that is the best for that condition. Maybe make a list of low GI foods that are SW friendly if you need to follow a plan?

    sw or ww

    Ive just switched from ww to sw (again) cos i found ww was too easy to eat crap all the time but still stay within my points. Lots of crisps and bread where as on sw i tend to cut them right back to next to nothing. It's all down to your down falls and where and when you lose the plot.
