    It's actually a WW recipe. It's a marinade made with low fat natural yogurt, turmeric, groud coriander, garam masala, garlic and ginger. Marinade with a piece of lamb in the fridge overnight and cook on the BBQ (can also be grilled). The lamb tastes amazing!!

    Well, I lost a stone in 3 weeks on Slimfast and men always lose quicker than women. I'd expect you to lose the weight in no longer than 6 weeks. I lost 10lbs in the first week but around 7 is normal. I'm 5ft 6" and I was 13st 6lbs when I lost it.

    Eating out??

    If I know I'm going out, I wont SF for the day, I'd just have little snacks to keep me going and then I try to have a lower calorie meal. Then I just jump back on the next day.

    Definately! I weighed myself on the carpet before and it was ridiculous. Then I did it on the bathroom floor and it was normal again! I learnt my lesson that time! Always on a hard floor!
