    The bars are v yummy, I like the cappachino shake - soup wise my favourite is oriental chilli and the spicy tomato. Had to work my way through the brocilli & cheese one, took some doing and havent ordered it since.

    Didn't weigh or measure you? So no discussion of goals then presumably? Sounds most odd. I've done a few diets in my time - hopefully this will be the last! - and wouldn't have confidence in someone who didn't even do the basics (esp as it's a one on one diet).... unless of course your conseller...

    Hang in there! If you do stray try to "think Atkins" and avoid carbs! I agree the first week is tricky because you have all the flavours and some are dire (broccilli & cheese!).     First Weigh In

    My first weigh in today.... And I lost 10.25 pounds! That was with a blip one day and it was an 8 day week but off to a good start. It really helps reading all the posts on here, even if I am outnumbered (being a bloke). Think I'll treat myself to a smilie...:)

    Doctors and CD

    Just started this week, my BMI was 41.3 so had to go to the doctor - they were fine about it and signed no problems. I can't think why they would object, with all the press about obesity they should be glad we've taken the initiative to do something about it.

    Tetras + coffee = ???

    Adding coffee to shakes... Hi I'm on day 4 too! - I've been having the cappachino shake warm and adding a shot of espresso (lucky to have my own bean to cup machine!). Makes a verry nice drink, although that was evened out by having the broccili and cheese soup later on :eek:
