hey everyone, i agree with the alcohol comments. I don't bother unless its a special occasion, i just see it as calories that i'd rather use in food...although I cant help but think that food goes straight to my hips whereas alcohol just comes out again! x

I too lvoe the scales! it's a really good feeling when you've lost 1/2lb or something! The thing is apparently you're weight can fluctuate between a couple of lbs per day so really its pointless to weigh daily.....I did for a while and wrote it down just as an experiement...

you wont weigh a stone different, but you may weigh a couple of pounds..which is what you're aiming to lose per week...so just not sure i want to get weighed on a different day/time each week due to shift work....tempted to just weigh myself at home each week instead.
